Good piece and especially good knowing the definition as per the Constitution, of what treason is as well as what “Advocating Overthrow of Government” is legally. I am glad he pointed this out as I hope with all the negatives pointed at Bondi, while I like to think she is sandbagging the public in order to let her do things under the wire, I hope they get it right because if they overcharge these asses and do NOT get a guilty verdict, you have not heard anything yet towards the ineptness of the legal system.

The Greatest Scandal In American History

Treason or Sedition?

Ray DiLorenzo

Back in 2016, President Barack Obama and his confederates decided that Trump was an extreme threat. The threat was not to the country itself, but rather to their hold on power. They needed to control Trump to ensure he did not win, and if he did win, to make sure his administration would be ineffective.

The so-called Russiagate hoax, quickly becoming Obamagate, began during the 2016 presidential election. It was designed, planned, and carried out by the Obama administration to manipulate intelligence to support the narrative that President Trump welcomed and received help from the Putin government to win the 2016 election. Allegations of Russian collusion and election interference surfaced by mid-2016.

The key players of this drama are President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, John Brennan, Susan Rice, and James Clapper. Additional antagonists in this saga were the mainstream media (MSM), which played a vital role in the 'selling of the narrative' to the American people. While there are many other players involved, these individuals are the most significant.

Russiagate was the most egregious weaponization and politicization of intelligence in American history.

Since Trump announced his candidacy in 2015, the MSM has been contentious, to say the least. It was at first comedic, making fun of Trump at every opportunity. It quickly became hostile. It was best demonstrated by Trump's accusations of election interference against Barack Obama and the Democrat Party in the now infamous 2020 interview between 60 Minutes' Leslie Stahl and President Trump.

Upon exhaustive examination of found documents, the director of national intelligence (DNI), Tulsi Gabbard, now alleges in a statement last week that the Obama administration played a direct role in ensuring that the intelligence community falsely concluded that the Trump election committee did in fact seek and receive election help in 2016 from the Russian government.

Another DNI intelligence report, dated 7/23/25, revealed how the Obama Administration "manufactured" an intelligence assessment promoting the Russia Collusion Hoax. This was after a prior intelligence report found no collusion between Russia and the Trump election committee. Obama found that report insufficient for their purposes and, on December 9, 2016, during a high-level meeting in the White House situation room, ordered the report put aside and a new one prepared.

The Gabbard report outlines five key findings: Obama, Brennan, and others fabricated the report and suppressed intelligence showing that Putin was actually preparing for a Clinton victory. The Obama team made up findings from shoddy sources, disobeyed intelligence community (IC) standards, and knowingly lied to the American people.

Some say that Putin wanted Trump to win. Not true. The Russians had so much dirt on Hillary; they knew it would have been good leverage.

Many in MAGA land are crying 'treason.'

According to Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution of the United States, treason is defined as either "levying war" against the United States or "adhering to [the] enemies [of the United States], giving them aid and comfort." US law defines treason as a high crime that poses an extreme threat to the nation, a massive, dangerous betrayal.

Debate and disagreement were not considered treason. They were welcomed. Americans in the past often achieved better solutions to questions of government when both sides introduced proposals. But that was when both sides were in agreement as to the principles of our government. Not so much anymore. The goals of the competing political parties are now vastly different.

There will be much debate as to whether the activities of the antagonists associated with Russiagate are treason or sedition via an apparent attempted coup d’état. Or is an attempted soft coup considered an offense covered under 18 U.S. Code § 2385 - Advocating Overthrow of Government, punishable by a fine or imprisonment for not more than 20 years, or both? I will make no attempt to satisfy these questions here. That will be for the courts.

What I caution against is overreaching for treason where defendants are found not guilty and are allowed to drive home. The DOJ will need to be careful to submit a charge where the defendants are found guilty with appropriate terms in prison. This emphasizes the importance of ensuring that any charges brought forth, particularly more serious ones like treason, are substantiated by clear evidence leading to a guilty verdict.

As of Wednesday, July 23, Obama has issued a statement insisting that "Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but did not successfully manipulate any votes." So, Obama is digging in. His associates will likely do the same, putting themselves in a very precarious legal position. The MSM? Well, they are busy downplaying the report, saying, "There's nothing to see here."

It is intriguing that Obama chose to say "the widely accepted conclusion" and emphasized that the report "did not successfully manipulate any votes." Did he mean to imply that there was no harm done? Who is it widely accepted by? The media? The CIA already admitted the report for collusion was totally false. Once again, Obama turns to the media for help. And the MSM has answered the call, already doing the pooh pooh dance.

Public trust in the electoral process has been significantly eroded, leading to calls for greater transparency and security measures. Consequently, the reliance on media narratives may further complicate the dialogue around election integrity. Thank you, Obama.

It is to the credit of the American people that millions of Trump supporters saw through the deception of the Obama administration. After all, they had years of experience with a man without a background one could point to, an unknown and determined to remain so, thrust into the most powerful position in the world by operatives with dark motives. He is a man of antagonistic secrecy, exaggeration, race fixation, certainly narcissistic, missing anticolonial father obsessed, with hidden core values, determined to bring down the greatest nation on earth.

The documentary, narrated by musician/director Rob Zombie, focuses on the Manson family murders told from Manson's perspective using never-before-seen case files and exclusive interviews with Manson from prison conducted over the last year of his life. It presents a potential alternative theory as to why and how the horrific crimes were committed leading viewers to question the Manson mythos.

Bill Burr Philly Rant

This is the 12+ minute rant by Bill Burr taking down Philly residents I discussed with @lordbuckly today on Free-form Friday. It's brutal.

This is a description of what happened written by Grok:

The Bill Burr Philly Rant refers to a legendary incident in 2006 when comedian Bill Burr, while performing as part of The Opie & Anthony Show's Traveling Virus Comedy Tour in Philadelphia, went on a 12-minute tirade against the audience after the previous act was heavily heckled. The crowd, initially hostile, eventually turned and gave him a standing ovation at the end.

Burr's rant was filled with profanity and insults directed at the audience, including wishing them cancer, mocking their love for the Philadelphia Eagles, and criticizing the city for not appreciating its own boxing legend, Joe Frazier. The incident has since become a part of comedy history, with Burr explaining the backstory in various interviews and podcasts.

The event showcased Burr's ability to handle a tough crowd and ...

The Uncanny Coincidence
The Deaths of Jefferson, Adams, and Monroe on the Fourth of July

Introduction

The Fourth of July is a day of pride and celebration in the United States. It marks the nation's independence from Great Britain. But did you know that three early U.S. Presidents—Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and James Monroe—died on this same date? This article explores their deaths, the historical significance, and the theories behind this strange coincidence.

The Fourth of July: A Day of Independence and Coincidence

The Historical Significance of the Fourth of July

The Fourth of July, also known as Independence Day, celebrates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. This day marks the birth of the United States as an independent nation. People celebrate with fireworks, parades, and various festivities.

The Founding Fathers: Jefferson, Adams, and Monroe

Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and James Monroe were key figures in the founding of the United States. Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence and was the third President. Adams was a strong advocate for independence and the second President. Monroe, known for the Monroe Doctrine, was the fifth President. Their contributions to the nation are huge, and their deaths on the same date add a layer of mystery to their legacies.

The Remarkable Coincidence: Deaths on the Fourth of July

Thomas Jefferson's Final Moments

Thomas Jefferson, the third President of the United States, died on July 4, 1826, the 50th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. According to various accounts, Jefferson knew the importance of the date. On the night of July 3, he reportedly asked, "Is it the Fourth?" before passing away the next day. This has led to speculation that Jefferson willed himself to survive until this important day.

John Adams' Last Words

John Adams, the second President of the United States, also died on July 4, 1826, just hours after Jefferson. His last words were reportedly, "Thomas Jefferson survives," not knowing that Jefferson had already passed away. The fact that two of the most influential Founding Fathers died on the same day has fueled various theories and speculations.

James Monroe's Death

James Monroe, the fifth President of the United States, died on July 4, 1831, exactly five years after Jefferson and Adams. While Monroe's death did not receive as much attention as the simultaneous deaths of Jefferson and Adams, it added to the strange coincidence of Founding Fathers passing away on Independence Day.

Theories and Speculations

Divine Intervention

One popular theory is that divine intervention played a role in the timing of their deaths. Statesman Daniel Webster suggested that the simultaneous deaths of Jefferson and Adams on the 50th anniversary of American independence were a sign of heavenly providence, indicating that the United States was favored by divine forces.

Medical Manipulation

Another theory suggests that doctors may have deliberately prolonged Jefferson's life until July 4 and even influenced the timing of Adams' death. This theory suggests that medical professionals of the time might have had the means and motivation to ensure that these significant figures died on a historically important date.

The Power of Will

Some believe that Jefferson and Adams, aware of the significance of the date, willed themselves to survive until the Fourth of July. This theory is supported by Jefferson's reported question, "Is it the Fourth?" and Adams' last words, "Thomas Jefferson survives."

The Legacy of the Fourth of July Deaths

Historical Impact

The deaths of Jefferson, Adams, and Monroe on the Fourth of July have become an important part of American history and mythology. This remarkable coincidence has been the subject of many books, articles, and discussions, highlighting the lasting legacy of these Founding Fathers.

Cultural Significance

The story of their deaths adds depth to the celebration of Independence Day. It serves as a reminder of the sacrifices and contributions of the Founding Fathers, making the Fourth of July not only a day of celebration but also a day of reflection on the nation's history.

Educational Value

The coincidence of their deaths provides a unique opportunity for teachers to engage students in discussions about American history, the lives of the Founding Fathers, and the significance of Independence Day. It also encourages critical thinking and exploration of historical events and their impact on the present.

Conclusion

The deaths of Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and James Monroe on the Fourth of July remain one of the most fascinating coincidences in American history. Whether viewed as a result of divine intervention, medical manipulation, or the power of will, this remarkable event adds a layer of mystery to the legacy of these Founding Fathers. As we celebrate Independence Day, let us also remember the contributions and sacrifices of these great men who helped shape the nation we know today.
